These terms are between you and TheBase, 101-913, 20 Jeongpyeong-ro 13beon-gil, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (“Demarkup”, “we”). By using the website, the app or our Instagram and TikTok accounts, you agree to them.

What Demarkup does

You send us a product link, a photo or a video. We look for the same item, or similar ones, on other stores and show you the price delivered to you and how long it takes. It's free.

Prices change

Prices, shipping costs, delivery times and stock come from the stores at the time of the check and can change at any moment. Some shipping costs are estimates. Always check the final price on the store before you pay.

We don't sell anything

When you buy, you buy from that store, under its terms. We're not part of the sale, and we can't help with orders, payments, delivery, returns or the product itself. “Same item” is our best judgement from photos and listings, not a guarantee; sellers marked as new have few reviews.

Fair use

Send only what you have the right to share.
Don't overload the service, scrape it, or get around its limits.
Don't use it for anything illegal.

We may limit or stop access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.

No warranty

Demarkup is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for what you buy from a store. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.

Changes

We may change Demarkup or these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes too. Questions: dev@demarkup.com.
